Cancellation Policy

At Apex Family Chiropractic, we take your health and treatment very seriously. Appointments are made in advance to reserve time to accommodate you and the treatment to be performed.

We therefore require no less than 24 hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling appointments. Patients that cancel or reschedule their appointments without proper notice will be assessed a $35.00 charge to offset lost time and effort.
